The pellet boiler starts and stops automatically depending on the heat consumption. The control is modulating in 3 stages, as with many gas firings. This means that the boiler is constantly trying to match performance with actual consumption.
This avoids the many starts and stops that oil firing takes. The electric ignition and the modulating operation mean that the wood pellet firing can be operated with optimal efficiency throughout the year.
Safety is high in wood pellet firing. The controller ensures that the pellet supply is stopped when the temperature in the burner becomes too high or malfunctions occur.
The control of the wood pellet firing is modulating in 10 steps and the adjustment of the pellet firing is done with the help of the control. You can set the boiler temperature, the screw times, the trigger. A larger user interface is available via Interface.
The caster grate ensures perfect combustion and perfect ignition.
The exhaust fan provides the necessary negative pressure for combustion and at the same time cleans the combustion pot.
The heat exchanger with turbulators slows down the exhaust gases and increases the area over which the heat is transferred.
Safety comes first, so the boiler is equipped as standard with a temperature independent temperature limiter that engages at temperatures above 95°C. A temperature sensor measures permanently. The alarm temperature of the sensor is programmable. Also on the windings of the feeder motor, the temperature is constantly being measured. When the permissible number of turns on the windings is exceeded, the motor is switched off.
