The statutory warranty (§§ 922 ff ABGB) applies to all items purchased from us. The warranty only applies to defects that were already present at the time of delivery.

Incomplete Delivery
Your order has arrived incomplete?

Cause may be because assembly material and small parts are shipped separately, so the delivery may be on different dates.

Example:you receive all packages correctly delivered by the shipping company, but the assembly material is missing. It is then delivered with a shipping company the next day.

Wrong Delivery
You have received a product other than the one you ordered?

We also have people working in our shipping department who can mix up or forget goods.

Please check your delivery bill or invoice in advance to see if the item you want is listed there.

Outstanding Delivery
You have received the shipping confirmation of your delivery, but the goods do not arrive?

Cause may be a mistake of the shipping company, which has mixed up the goods.

Example: Your order is properly loaded by the shipping company. On the way to you, however, the goods are mistakenly reloaded and then shipped to another destination.

Transport Damage
The packaging or the goods are delivered to you damaged?

If the packaging is damaged, please claim the damage immediately to the shipping company and in case of doubt refuse acceptance.

Cause of the transport damage can be the improper handling of the delivery by the shipper.

Technical Defect
Your purchased product no longer works?

Cause can be defective parts, but also operating errors as well as lack of experience with the product.

Examples: defective fuse, loose, disconnected or incorrectly connected cables, not tightened screws or nuts, etc.
